 Need To Know/Cancellation

Seven Day Cancellation Policy (Dog Sitting)- Clients receive a full refund if they cancel by noon 7 days before booked/confirmed services begin. After 7 days, the client will receive a 50% refund on the services and dates/times that were originally scheduled/confirmed. 

 On the day, when services begin and the client cancels services before the original confirmed/scheduled end date and/or times; the client is 100% liable and will not receive a refund.

 

Three Day Cancellation Policy (Drop-In Visits, Dog Walking & Dog/puppy behavior Training)- 

 Clients receive a full refund if they cancel by noon 3 days before booked/confirmed services begin. After 3 days, the client will receive a 50% refund on the services and dates/times that were originally scheduled/confirmed. 

 On the day, when services begin and the client cancels services before the original confirmed/scheduled end date and/or time; the client is 100% liable and will not receive a refund.

If A Dog's Way Natural Balance Instincts cancels any services for any reason at any time, the client will receive a full refund in the same form the payment was received.

       New Clients-  for dog sitting, dog walking & drop-in visits new clients must schedule a (meet & greet) before services are scheduled. New clients must schedule a free consultation for dog/puppy behavior training. Consultations and meet & greets are located in the environment services will be held.

  Payments-  half or full payment is due once services are scheduled and confirmed. Once half or full payment is received, your scheduled times and days are booked for services. If half of the payment is received, you will be notified when the remaining balance is due.

   Accepted Payments: Cash(invoice), debit or credit card(online), Zelle, or Venmo.

    Medication-  Please inform me if your dog(s) are on any medication. We do not dispense injected medications.
